Who: Spinal Tap
Where and when: Pyramid stage, 3pm, Saturday
Dress code: The sun's been out all day, so it's cargo shorts and straw trilbies for blokes, cut-off jeans and bikini tops for girls.
What Happened: Nigel Tufnell, David St Hubbins and Derek Smalls will have made it hard to watch Status Quo tomorrow without stifling a chuckle. Also: few bands this weekend have as good an opening number as Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight. And Jarvis Cocker looked to be having a fine time playing bass on Big Bottom.
Who's Watching: Among the crowd were two punters dressed as Tufnell and St Hubbins.
High Point: The big screen cutting away to a small boy sitting on the grass, playing air drums.
Low point: Jamie Cullum playing keyboards on Short and Sweet. There were even a few boos from sections of the crowd as he walked on.
In a tweet: Spinal at Glastonbury: the majesty of rock, the mystery of roll.
