The duo behind BTWS have plenty of dancefloor nous. Erol Alkan is the enduringly hip DJ, responsible for the 2002 Kylie/"Blue Monday" mash-up, while Richard Norris, once a member of Balearic crowd-pleasers the Grid, is Paul Oakenfold's biographer. But though this collection of remixes kicks off at a smart pace - Franz Ferdinand's "Ulysses" is cleverly reimagined as hollow-eyed techno - it loses momentum during the mid-section, with spirit-sapping chill-out takes on Badly Drawn Boy and Goldfrapp, and never quite recovers its zip.
