As an adjunct to Four Tet's fantastic Everything Ecstatic album, these short films are only partially successful. The first half doesn't really grip: a harassed ex-husband takes his kids out for the day in Smile Around the Face and you wait for the predictable punchline almost from the off. Much better is Ed Holdsworth's awestruck, disturbing footage for High Fives. Both this and Woof Wan-Bau's odd, brilliantly choreographed take on Sleep, Eat Food, Have Visions - in which giant ants drink from a paddling pool - make explicit the psychedelic nature of the music: it is percussive, chiming, profoundly hallucinatory. There's also a CD of new material, including a mindboggling 16-minute reworking of Turtle Turtle Up.
